RENTAL PRICE AND CHARGES
The rental price includes water, electricity during the winter periods subject to the following reservations, unlimited internet access, the supply of bed linen and towels for 4 people as well as the service end of stay cleaning.
The non-eco-responsible behavior of some tenants (exaggerated temperatures, open windows) combined with an increase in energy prices led us to adopt the following method. A meter reading will be taken at the entrance and exit of each tenant. The actual consumption will thus be invoiced according to the conditions of our service provider EDF.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit in the amount of €800 will be requested, for French customers by a check to be given on the day of arrivalor for foreign customers by a transfer to be made before arrival. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT PRICE
